🌍 1% for the Planetとは？
2002年にPatagonia（パタゴニア）社の創設者 Yvon Chouinard (イヴォン・シュイナード)と Blue Ribbon Flies（ブルー・リボン・フライズ）社の創設者 Craig Mathews (クレイグ・マシュー) により設立された環境保護団体の支援に取り組むグローバルなネットワークで、 現在世界で5000を超える企業や団体・個人が賛同し加盟しています。
加盟メンバーは団体を通し、年間収益の1％を 当団体によって承認された環境保護活動に関わる非営利団体に寄付します。
承認を受けた環境保護団体は国内外で多岐に渡り、寄付金は自然環境の保全や野生動物の保護、気候変動や水害、空気汚染の改善などの取り組みに使われます。

🌍 What is 1% for the Planet?
1% for the Planet is a global network dedicated to supporting environmental conservation efforts, founded in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies.
Currently, over 5000 companies, organizations, and individuals worldwide support and are members of this network.
Members donate 1% of their annual revenue through approved non-profit organizations involved in environmental conservation activities endorsed by the organization.
Approved environmental conservation organizations cover a wide range of activities domestically and internationally, with donations used for initiatives such as nature conservation, wildlife protection, climate change and disaster mitigation, and air pollution improvement.
